To be honest, I had written off this service after not even being able to connect with a tutor after multiple attempts in the last three semesters now. I was struggling with an assignment and gave it another shot. My tutor was incredibly helpful, effective at handling my problems, and took additional time to better my own problem solving skills while explaining to me their troubleshooting process.
