I wasn't able to get help on the problem. It seemed that the textbook didn't have a reference example, I couldn't find it online, and none of the tutors could figure out the labeling either. Not sure if this is a ball dropped by SNHU. Please add more relevant examples in the texts

It was my first time using this and I felt like the guy was trying to rush through it.
