Career Experience
I come from a career of managing a team of ~225 for 19 years. I was a general manager for the last ten of those years. My job was to teach my team daily. I was responsible for ensuring that my management team understood a topic, and that they could then teach and share that message with others. I love being able to learn something, then teach someone else. I realize that everyone learns in a different way, and I feel as though I was able to develop many different teaching techniques that will help me be a great tutor.
I Love Tutoring Because
...I live by the motto, 'set the pace, inspire calm, and make something better.' I believe that tutoring just comes naturally to me. I want to help; I want to teach; I want to help others to understand. I love helping others, and I love seeing someone else connect the dots and fully understand a topic.
