The whiteboard feature is very effective for math since I'm able to share my work and the tutor can see errors along the way. I'm not sure how adding more to a page works (if that's something only a tutor can do or not), so that was mildly confusing when I tried writing more to my work, but it worked out in the end. Being able to enlarge certain portions of the screen was also helpful.

This is the first time I tried the drop-in tutor. This was fantastic! I just had one quick question, I was just not understanding the wording in my reading/practice problem, and I wanted to understand the rule for finding the vertex. The tutor was able to help me within a few minutes and I was able to see the graphing demonstration while they explained it on my screen. This was super helpful because I followed along with my written work for the problem, so I was able to clearly understand. Wonderful service!
