The tutor was so helpful! But I have feedback about the interface to log into the service. It would be very helpful if the subjects for which tutoring is available sometimes did not vanish from the drop-down menu when a tutor for that subject is not available. This confuses students and makes them think they can't ever get help in that subject. If it was instead grayed out, with a note to try again later because no tutors are available in that subject right now, students would not assume that help in that area is never available. Thanks!
