Pedro is seriously the best. I felt kind of embarrassed asking him help for this one specific problem but he really broke it down and helped me without belittling me and making me feel like an idiot. I tend to overthink and he just reassured me that there are no dumb questions. Enrolling back into school after having 5+ Years off is intimidating and balancing work and school is something I’m still trying to adjust to.Pedro is was patient and helpful.
