The tutor was very nice however, we were on different pages when the session began. Her audio was choppy, and at one point she didnt hear me. I had to disconnect and dial in through my phone. The choppy audio remained. I then explained my learning style which helped us connect better. Im not satisfied this will work for me as the first 30 mins was used trying to get hear each other, and looking for documents/formulas to use. If I decide to keep this service I need to be assured the tutor will have the correct tools to help me understand how to correctly identify the type of problem (binomial, normal distribution, etc.) to solve the problem correctly the first time.

Tyra really helped me tonight. I was struggling to understand what my assignment was asking me even after watching videos provided by my professor. She understood the question and took her time to explain it to me and made sure that I understood the answer.
