So, I'm entirely at fault for the slow start of the session. So, don't feel badly over it! That said, if it's okay, I would not mind having another session in the near future. Familiarirty with tutors/classmates and so forth makes math easier to deal with. Thanks again!

One of the best tutors. Took the time to break down details and show examples. Provided support and encouragement throughout the whole session. Additionally, as a student I felt acknowledged for my efforts and attempts to solving the math problem without embarrassment.

Tutor was very patient with me as I figured out, with their help, how to do this difficult problem. They also shared concepts that would help me out with other problems as well.

Jessica was very good though she didnt have much time to help me. Totally understand her having to go and she did help me to the very end of her time with me in the session. Prabir (not sure how to spell his name) I felt was trying to help but his methods were really really long winded and his explanations were hard to follow a bit. further i got dinged for 58 minutes when it should probably be closer to 55-53. The clock didnt freeze when it said i was transferring but it said i wouldnt be debited. on this page it is saying i am in fact getting hit for 58 minutes. I use this service a lot and appreciate the lengths many of the tutors will go to help you learn but i kind of feel like a significant chunk of my time was wasted in the second half of the session. I hesitate to rate lower as Im sure metrics are very important in the tutors' jobs plus im not sure how separated this survey will be from Jessica who I would have given an excellent rating.
