Career Experience
I've worked in a variety of fields, but my first passions are writing and teaching. I earned a BA in professional writing and worked as a journalist, a substitute teacher, and writing tutor, among other things. Recently, I finished four semesters as a graduate teaching assistant, where I taught a freshman composition class, and worked with undergraduate students in the university's writing center. I'm also a published author with multiple books under my belt, and I'm a podcaster.

I'm a people person, and I love imparting my knowledge and experience to others. It's thrilling to see people improve their skills after working with me.
