This is probably the most helpful tutoring service out there- I often find myself needing help on the spot, and pre-scheduled sessions won't be of any help in those situations. So this is perfect! All of my tutors have been very clear and helpful, more than any others I've had.

There should be a page that provides the basic mode of conduct for tutoring. For example, I was surprised that sessions were only meant to be 1 hour long. This would be very helpful for people new to the site.
