I have several years of experience tutoring students in test preparation, college readiness, writing, and study skills. I co-founded a college-prep program where I mentor students through scholarship essays, academic planning, and long-term goal setting. I also serve as Outreach Director for a nonprofit, where I lead teams, manage community programs, and communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. My background has taught me how to teach with patience, structure, and encouragement so students feel confident in their abilities.
I Love Tutoring Because
I get to help students believe in themselves and reach goals they once thought were out of reach. Watching a student finally understand a difficult concept or gain confidence in their work is incredibly rewarding. I enjoy breaking down information in a way that makes learning simple, approachable, and motivating. Helping students grow academically and personally is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
