I’m a semi-retired former university English instructor with more than two decades' experience teaching literature, English composition, and creative writing. I’ve also enjoyed substitute teaching K-12 in reading, literature, music, choir, and orchestra, and for many years have tutored a blind autoharp student online.

I love to help students learn new things, master new skills, overcome difficulties, and come to a better understanding of things that may seem confusing or challenging at first.
