Got to the point quickly and helped me understand what I was doing wrong.

Gustavo is an AWESOME tutor and walked me through every problem step-by-step, but also let me work things out on my own, which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be adding Gustavo to my favorites!

My session and tutor were really great! I like how he took the time to help me with every step of the problem.

They introduced me to a concept that works well for solving some quadratic equations.

I really enjoyed the session. Unfortunately there was a glich where my tutor could not use the whiteboard if that feature was available I think I could have followed along easier. I look forward to using the service again. I wish we had more time to use it. I also would like it if these tutors were offered on campus.

Hello, I just noticed from today doing a session that the format has changed. Just some things, in my opinion, I would like to point out. I liked the previous format for the audio to be there as the new format which displays the sound waves takes too much space which could be used by the white board. The whiteboard for me particularly is a bit small as when doing copious amounts of math work with the tutor that the small space hinders the user experience. I actually liked the previous design of the white board since there was ample space to show one's work to the tutor. The buttons to select the pen and the eraser are finnicky as I had to select the pen and the eraser twice to de-select it in order to get a new option. What I did like also that the previous format had that the present format doesn't have now was that whenever the tutor had left before the student whenever doing the voice chat. I would get an option to either continue my work or leave. I liked the option as I could always copy down my work with the tutor or feel around the format to get used to it for the next session. Very good tutor. Helped me take the steps back that I needed to make sure I was getting to the correct conclusions. I had the right ideas, just made a few mistakes which pulled me in the wrong direction!
