I like the way corrections were marked and how to correct them. In my essay, some words marked by auto-correct as misspelled are actually spelled correctly as there the names given to some programs.

I got interrupted 3 times by the program saying that the site would not load through my laptop in the middle of while I was getting tutored by someone. But overall, the tutors really helped me to understand where I was going wrong, as well as where I need to improve on. This program is very helpful for help, but especially last minute help, if needed.

I initially submitted a paper and did not received the entire document back to view any edits. I then logged back in and the Tutor was very helpful but it was the end of her shift so she was not able to complete going over my document with me. The tutor attempted to transfer me to another tutor to complete editing and no one ever came live to assist me.
